Since then, I have not recognized any other ways to eliminate this trouble. Therefore, I hasten to share it with everyone who is familiar with this problem first-hand, and I really hope that it will certainly help.
To prepare a remedy for cracked heels, you only need three inexpensive ingredients, two of which can be easily found in a pharmacy, and the third in any grocery store. Namely:
• alcohol (formic, salicylic or boric acid, in a word, any medical, but not technical) – 50 ml.;
• glycerin – 25 ml.;
• acetic acid – 50 ml.
No special effort is required to prepare the medicine. You just need to find a container (glass or plastic) with a volume of at least 150 ml. and pour all three components into it. The remedy for cracks is ready.
Now about how I use the resulting liquid:
In the evening before bed, while taking a shower or bath, I thoroughly soap my already steamed feet with laundry soap and use a pumice stone to clean off the dead skin on the heels. Then, immediately after completing the “water procedures,” I thoroughly wipe my feet with a towel (preferably dry) and, sitting comfortably on a stool or sofa, use a cotton pad generously soaked in the solution to completely lubricate my feet.
I continue to sit in place for about five minutes, waiting for the product to be absorbed. When I don’t have time or desire to sit, I wear flip-flops (the main thing is that they are not made of fabric, otherwise everything will be absorbed into them). That's all the wisdom. Already on the third day of using this product (and without daily treatment with pumice), the cracks disappear and my heels become soft again.
When using this product, of course, it is necessary to observe some precautions:
• store as far as possible from children's eyes and ubiquitous little hands;
• do not use the product if there are obvious wounds on the feet and heels (so as not to jump from the wild burning sensation);
• after the procedure, wash your hands thoroughly with soap, and it is best to carry out the procedure wearing rubber gloves;
• if you accidentally get the solution on your face, rinse immediately with cool water, since acetic acid is a rather serious thing and the consequences can be serious.
By the way, this remedy helps eliminate not only cracked heels, but also some types of fungal diseases. I also noticed that my legs began to sweat less after using it - also not an unpleasant fact. This is such a miracle cure.
