The most expensive part of the entire structure is natural linear drive (actuator). That's what it's called, if you suddenly want to repeat this miracle. A linear drive or actuator can be found on ALI EXPRESS at a very reasonable price - HERE.
As for everything else, everything is available at a hardware store, or you can do it like I did - disassemble an unnecessary old cabinet and take the guides from there.
Let's begin!
First, let's measure the TV or your monitor, for which we will make a raising and lowering system. Then you need to cut a rectangular hole in the bottom of your kitchen unit with a large margin so that it does not touch anything when moving.
I will say right away that this hole through which the monitor comes out is not closed by anything and is always open. I thought it wasn't necessary. But if you want, you can make a kind of door on a spring so that the monitor presses on it when leaving, and it opens.
We fix the guides
Now secure the guide rails. They must be fastened strictly parallel to each other, otherwise there will be no easy descent.
You need to attach a base to the back of the monitor or TV that will connect the guides and the TV body. I took a piece of plywood.
We try on and drill holes for the guides and TV mount. You can also base the hole for attaching the cable to this base.
Linear Actuator Mount
It came down to attaching the linear drive. It is attached to our locker on the second floor and lifts the entire structure using a cable.
The following support was included with the drive. In principle, nothing more is needed. The drive just lies there, secured only on one side. Temporarily I will power the entire system from the battery.
Connecting the cable.
Naturally, instead of a cable, you can take any rope, but keep in mind that the cable has a longer resource, although the rope will last for many years. You just need to drill a hole and install a support so that the cable does not wear out the hole when moving. We skip everything and tighten it with screw fasteners. If you are using rope, you can simply tie a knot.
Electronics for remote control.
The remote control mechanism is controlled by an electronic relay. I also bought an electronic remote control relay on Ali - HERE. Or you can look HERE.
This remote control must provide drive reverse. That is, change the polarity so that the slide rises and falls.

We connect all the electrics and check.
If necessary, adjust the length of the cable. If everything suits you, enjoy.
