We will need:
- square rod blank,
- blank of thick sheet metal,
- large bolt and nut
- piece of pipe
- threaded rod with a knob,
- A long bolt with a nut and 5 bearings (can be old, from the wheels of a children’s scooter or roller skates),
- 4 small mounting bolts with nuts.

How to make a machine for making fasteners
On the edge of the square rod we mark the center of the hole. Kernim. We fix it into a drilling machine. Drill a through hole.
Use a tap to cut the thread. Don't forget to lubricate the tap.
We take a sheet metal blank - this will be the base.We mark mounting holes in the corners. Kernim. Drill 4 through mounting holes. Diameter corresponding to our mounting bolts.
On the thread of a large bolt, use a file to make a platform for marking the hole. Kernim center. Drill a through hole.
Using a cutting machine or an angle grinder (grinder), we cut a groove from the end of the bolt to the hole. We file the groove with a file.
Screw on the large nut.
On a piece of pipe, punch the center of the hole. Let's drill. We weld the pipe end to the edge of the nut. The hole is parallel to the bolt.
Clean the weld seam. We weld the bolt head to the base. We weld the end of the square rod to the base.
We clean the welding seams. Screw in the threaded rod. We fasten the knob to the pin.
We insert a long bolt into the hole in the pipe and string 5 bearings onto it. Fix it with a nut.
Having pre-drilled the mounting holes, install the device on the workbench using bolts and nuts. Ready!
