From a thick metal plate you need to cut two disks with the diameter of a larger pipe. To make marking easier, you can place the pipe on the plate and trace it with a marker. You can adjust a more accurate circle using a grinder and a grinding disc.
After finishing the circles, it is necessary to mark the center in them and drill holes with a diameter smaller than the pipe. It will be located in the center of the entire structure. When drilling with a crown, it is recommended to cool the metal with water - this will preserve the crown and speed up the process.

Everything needs to be connected so that on one side of the circle the pipe offset is 4-5 cm. Then a larger diameter pipe must be welded onto the round base so that they fit into one another. It is important that the pipe walls are parallel and the weld seam is solid.
