Prepare the following simple materials for work:
- scissors;
- PVA glue;
- one red napkin;
- paper packaging for transporting eggs.
First, let's take a little look at the egg tray. It is made from compressed cardboard. It often has a white (grayish) tint. But some manufacturers are now adding dyes. In the photo you see a white tray and a purple one. If you want to get red flowers, then this is not a problem, since the material can be easily painted with regular gouache or even watercolor of any color.
To work, you need to cut the tray into three types of blanks:
- the smallest ones are the upper protruding hills;
- medium – those in which the eggs are located;
- the largest ones are depressions with the edges of hills.
For one rose you will need three blanks of different sizes. You need to cut three petals on each of them, as shown in the photo. To do this, use very sharp scissors to ensure even edges. Also, low-quality scissors will tear the paper.
Glue the middle piece in the middle of the largest one. Try to ensure that the petals do not coincide, but are located in the gaps.
Place the small one in the center of the middle one. The result is a three-tiered flower, similar to an open rosebud.
From a white tray you need to form 6 beautiful roses in the same way.
You get original flowers.
To liven them up a bit, take a red paper napkin and roll it into little balls. Glue them to the center of each flower. It will turn out even more interesting.
These flowers can be used to paste over a photo frame, a mirror in the hallway, or simply form bouquets of various configurations and glue them to a piece of chipboard.
If you want to make a bouquet in a vase, then simply hang the buds on a long wooden skewer. You will get a flower on a stem.
These are such original ideas. And all this beauty is made from a paper egg tray that no one needs.
