To prepare 10-12 cheese sticks you will need:
- 200 g halloumi cheese.
- 1 tablespoon flour.
- Sunflower oil for frying.
Also for preparation you will need:
- Large frying pan.
- Paper towels.
What can you substitute for halloumi cheese?
Other pickled cheeses are Suluguni or Adyghe. But the taste, of course, will not be the same, but it will still be good.
