Composition of teeth whitening paste
- - Toothpaste, from any manufacturer. You will need a small amount, 5 grams.
- - Baking soda, half a teaspoon.
- - A small amount of lemon zest, also 5 grams. It is the top yellow layer of the peel, white is not needed.
- - A small amount of orange zest, also 5 grams. It is the top yellow (orange) layer, white is not needed.
All proportions are approximate and taken by eye.
Making teeth whitening composition
Using a fine grater, scrape off the thin top layer of lemon and orange zest.
Take a small mixing cup. Put in some toothpaste.
Then add lemon zest.
Add orange zest.
Mix and get this consistency with large inclusions, this is normal. It is not necessary to grind very finely.
The whitening paste is ready.
Take the paste with your fingers and place it on the toothbrush. We brush our teeth with quick movements. Cleaning time is approximately 1-2 minutes, but no more.
You need to brush your teeth with this paste for one week, once a day. I do this before going to bed at night.
