A fairly simple recipe for cooking veal will please even the most capricious gourmets.
Products per serving:
Veal with bone (finger-thick fillet); a pair of medium-sized eggs; breadcrumbs; peanut butter; pepper; butter; a pinch of salt.
Rinse the meat. Don't hit. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, pour a layer of breadcrumbs into a separate plate or on a small tray. Dip each side of the meat into the egg mixture and breadcrumbs, repeat the procedure (immersing in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs), pressing well, so that a dense crust is formed. Pour peanut oil into a frying pan, heat, add butter. Fry the prepared meat until the surface is even golden-beige. Salt and pepper. Serve hot. You can lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. For the convenience of guests, the bone can be wrapped in aluminum foil.
