Ingredients

To prepare delicious and spicy mackerel in the oven, you need to prepare the following ingredients:

  • lemon juice - 1 tsp;
  • mackerel - 1 pc.;
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp;
  • salt - to taste;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp;
  • ground chili - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil - optional.

Preparation:

1. First, you should fillet the mackerel. To do this, you need to remove the head, tail and insides of the fish, cut off all the fins. Carefully cut out the skeleton, reserving the skin that holds the fillet together.Using culinary tweezers, remove small bones from the back of the mackerel.

2. Prepare sauce for fish fillets. In a separate container, you need to mix tomato puree with ground chili, soy sauce and garlic, passed through a press. Add salt to taste and lemon juice.

3. Brush the mackerel fillet with the prepared sauce.

Leave the fish to marinate in the sauce for an hour.

4. Place the mackerel on siliconized parchment greased with oil. Place the prepared fish dish in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake the fillet until golden brown for twenty minutes.

5. Serve hot, aromatic and very spicy mackerel in tomato sauce to the table. Bon appetit!
