Despite its size, this baby plays music loudly and powerfully, is controlled entirely via Bluetooth and has a built-in battery. Of course, unlike its brother - the car subwoofer - this is a full-fledged acoustic system that reproduces not only low frequencies, but also the full spectrum of sound frequencies.

Making a mini subwoofer
The body is made of hardboard. We draw with a pencil.
Sawing on a band saw.
We drill holes for the speaker and bass reflex.
Then we grind all parts with fine sandpaper, removing sharp corners and burrs.
Body parts ready for assembly.
Glue the body together using wood glue.
From the side we mill a groove using micro USB and a microswitch.
We glue the speaker using elastic glue “GSE T-7000”.
Place the switch and charge controller board on hot glue. We glue in a bass reflex, which is a piece of felt-tip pen.
We also glue a battery and a Bluetooth module with a low-frequency amplifier.
We solder everything according to the diagram.
The subwoofer is ready. You can check. First, let's fully charge the battery.
A hole is made for the light indicator, which is connected through a light guide to the LED on the board.
Seal the back cover.
Next, as with a real car subwoofer, we will cover it with fleecy material - carpet.
The subwoofer is completely ready!
We connect to the new speaker via Bluetooth and play our favorite tune from our smartphone.
And enjoy the sound. If you put a strip of paper to the bass reflex, it will deviate greatly.
The speaker travel is also significant.
