Ingredients:
- 500 grams of salmon slices;
- 200 grams of finely ground corn flour;
- two eggs;
- salt;
- seasoning for fish.
Preparing salmon slices
Cut the slices into portions. Salt and sprinkle with fish spices.
Beat the eggs into batter. Pour flour into a flat plate.
Dip each piece of fish into the egg mixture and cornmeal.
Fry on both sides.
