During this time, the mass should curl up. As soon as large flakes appear in it, you need to strain it through a colander covered with 2 layers of gauze.

The cheese mass must be compacted so that it sticks together into a head. To do this, a saucer and a weight are placed on top of it. You can put it in a tin can with holes in the bottom.

      I agree - it’s not cheese, but it’s delicious, I made it for my daughter when she was little, no chemicals, just what kids need!! Pronounced milky taste, not feta cheese, I don’t know what to compare it with, but it has its place.
      It’s better to double the ingredients, otherwise the piece will be very small
