The process of converting a meat grinder to an electric drive
A manual meat grinder must be securely attached to a piece of board.
A toothed pulley of larger diameter is installed on its shaft. To do this, select a bolt of the same size as for attaching the handle. It is inserted into the pulley and clamped to the side. The roller is then screwed into the auger.
A smaller pulley is installed on the motor shaft. The motor is screwed to the board using a bracket. The drive belt is tensioned between the pulleys.
Wires are soldered to the motor contacts. They are routed through the push-button switch to the connector for the power supply.
That's it, the meat grinder can be used for its intended purpose.Of course, it is not as convenient as a store-bought one, since it will need to be unscrewed every time for washing, but it is reliable, since all the parts are made of metal, not plastic.
