I’ve already seen several publications on this topic and decided to throw in my 2 cents. Is it possible to convert a manual meat grinder into an electric one? Of course you can. But is it necessary? Have the authors of such “masterpieces” wondered why electric meat grinders have a high bell, while manual ones have a low bell? And so that some bungler doesn’t accidentally stick his fingers into the auger. In a manual meat grinder, a person turns it himself, and if his fingers are accidentally pinched, he will feel pain and stop. The electric motor does not feel pain and will not stop, so before you even have time to meow, your fingers will appear on the dispenser. And no one will sew them back to you, because they will turn into minced meat. And according to the second law of thermodynamics, minced meat cannot be returned to its previous state. Therefore, do not be foolish and do not tempt fate.Take care of yourself!
