This suggests that the battery can heat better, but something is simply preventing the normal circulation of coolant in it, even when the radiator valve is open to full flow. Most often, this problem is solved by minimal modification of the system.

The process of refining the heating system
To upgrade the system, you must first shut off the coolant supply to the battery. Then we unscrew its lower plug with an adjustable wrench to drain it into the substituted container.
After this, you need to dismantle the temperature control valve.
The reason for poor heating of the radiator is most often this. It has a narrow curved channel that becomes clogged, making it difficult for liquid to pass through. It is appropriate to use it only in autonomous systems with clean coolant, but certainly not in centralized ones.
Instead, a regular ball valve for water is installed.
After this, you can open the coolant supply to the battery. All that remains is to bleed the air through the Mayevsky tap in the top plug, and the battery will heat much better.
The ball valve's permeability is higher, so the circulation through it will increase. The only thing is that it can only be used in open and closed mode. It is impossible to partially block the flow with ball valves; this will quickly wear them out, so it will no longer be possible to regulate the temperature.
