2. Permanent marker. These markers are easy to draw on fabric (as well as on any other surface). They are not washed off with water and dry very quickly. Moreover, one marker can be used for a very long time. One downside is the strong smell. Therefore, when using a marker, it is necessary to ventilate the room.
Permanent markers can be purchased at any office supply or hardware store. The choice of colors there is large, and the price is low (within 130 rubles).
To draw on a T-shirt, you need to choose a color that contrasts with it. In this case, we have a gold marker for a black T-shirt.
3. Drawing template. It will be used to apply paint to the T-shirt.There are a large number of templates on the Internet, so everyone can choose a design to suit their taste. In this version we have a drawing of a palm with a heart.
4. Scissors and stationery knife. These tools are needed to cut out parts.
5. Cardboard. A small sheet of cardboard or an unnecessary cardboard box lid will be useful so that when applying the design it will not be imprinted on the other side of the T-shirt.
6. Scotch tape. With its help we will attach the pattern to the fabric.
The process of creating a design on a T-shirt
First we need a drawing template. Using scissors, we begin to cut out the white parts.
When cutting out small parts, it is better to use a stationery knife.
Next you need to insert the cardboard into the T-shirt. To do this, you must first determine where it is best to place the drawing, and only then place the cardboard.
Once the cardboard is in the right place, place the template on it and secure it with tape. It is necessary to ensure that the fabric under the template does not puff up, otherwise the design may be distorted. In addition, it will be very inconvenient to constantly adjust the fabric during the painting process. You need to stick the tape as firmly as possible so that the template does not move out of place.
After all the steps taken, we begin to paint over the empty spaces in the template with a marker. It is more convenient to start painting on the left side (the opposite side of the working hand) so as not to stain your hand or smudge the drawing.

After this, you need to remove the tape and template and paint over the resulting pattern generously.
