First of all, we prepare all the products. Then pour milk into the blender. Peel the onion and cut it into several pieces. Put everything in a blender and grind.
Next, put the fillet, previously cut into pieces, into a blender. Grind until smooth and then season with spices. Transfer everything to a plate. No more ingredients need to be added.
Heat a frying pan for frying cutlets. Pour olive oil into a frying pan. Once the pan is hot, spoon in the cutlets. Fry until the cutlets turn brown. Reduce the heat and fry them completely.
Repeat the frying procedure on both sides.
Place the cooked cutlets on a plate and garnish with arugula. Serve with any side dish desired. An excellent dish to prepare if unexpected guests are expected on the doorstep, as it can be prepared very quickly and using available ingredients. The cutlets turn out tender and tasty.
