French fries in a paper envelope are a great idea to surprise your loved one. And it doesn’t matter at all whether it’s a child or an adult. An appetizing potato in an elegant envelope will be a worthy and tasty decoration for a romantic evening for a boyfriend or husband. And you can arrange a real McDonald's at home for your child if there is no opportunity to go there. Also, French fries, placed in portioned envelopes, can be served as a treat at any holiday along with mayonnaise and ketchup sauce. Guests and the whole family will be very pleased!

For two servings of French fries, the following products are needed:
  • - 5 medium-sized potatoes;
  • - 1 liter of sunflower oil;
  • - fine salt to taste.

It will take 10 minutes to prepare the dish. If you need to get more servings, the amount of ingredients can be increased by the required amount.
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them, and rinse again under running water. Cut into approximately equal bars.
