A microwave makes life much easier for housewives, saves time, and allows you to create interesting dishes. So, it will take two minutes to make an omelette, and you won’t have to wash the pan and plate. Today for breakfast there will be an omelet in a mug in the microwave. Everything will turn out quickly, tasty and unusual. The first time, of course, you will have to watch the process so as not to overexert yourself, but subsequently the hostess’s participation will be kept to a minimum. Be sure to try it, and you will cook this dish more than once.
Ingredients:
- egg 1 pc.
- ham 30 g.
- butter 5 g.
- hard Russian cheese 30 g.
- tomato 1 pc.
- salt, a mixture of dried tomatoes and Provençal herbs.
How to prepare a healthy and quick breakfast
Prepare everything you need. Place butter in a microwave-safe mug. Place in the oven for a couple of seconds to melt.
Add the tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Cheese.
And ham.
Break an egg.
Season with salt and herbs.
Stir with a fork. The contents should not occupy more than two-thirds of the volume of the mug.
Place in the microwave at maximum power, here it is 800 W, for one minute.
But take it out and stir every 20 seconds so that the omelet in the mug heats up evenly.
As soon as the egg begins to bake and lumps appear when mixing, reduce the power to 500 W and cook for another half a minute. At the same time, watch through the viewing window so that the omelet does not “escape” from the mug. If anything happens, turn it off immediately and continue after a short pause.
When the mass becomes dense, the omelette in a mug in the microwave is ready. It is necessary to watch closely and in no case overexpose, otherwise the microwave oven will have to be washed.
Serve hot directly in the container in which you cooked. Decorate with greens.
