- Egg - 1 pc.;
- Flour - 4 tbsp.

Wash the fish and remove as many scales as possible, if necessary.

Next, we prepare the batter. In a flat plate, beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, mix flour with paprika, ground black pepper and salt. Mix well until smooth.
We also rub the fish with salt, do not forget to add it inside and sprinkle with lemon juice. Take 1/3 of a whole lemon and squeeze out the juice; this volume is enough for 2-3 fish.
Take the fish and dip it in the egg on both sides.
