Metal structures from profile pipes can be made without a welding machine. There are various tricks that allow you to reliably fasten elements with metal screws. Let's look at how you can connect 3 pipes at a 90 degree angle.

Pipe joining process
In fact, the method involves connecting two pipes of the same diameter, one of which is bent, as a result of which there are already three of them. On the long main pipe, at the bend, you need to draw a transverse line. From it to the sides you need to draw a parallel line with an indentation equal to the width of the profile being used. All lines must be laid along three adjacent sides of the pipe.
Using a grinder you need to cut the metal along the lines. It is completely removed from the side walls. On the front (side of the beginning of drawing) you need to leave only one square, the second is cut out.
The remaining part of the wall turns outward at a right angle. Burrs and uncut walls are polished with a cleaning disc.
On the bottom solid wall you need to measure the middle, and make cuts on the marks on both sides. This will allow it to be bent at a right angle. It is convenient to do the bending with long-nose pliers.
A second pipe is inserted into the resulting square.
It is fixed with self-tapping screws.
Then the remaining curved part of the wall is screwed on.
As a result, we get a strong corner connection without welding.
