An airboat is more suitable for moving in such conditions. It moves due to the draft created by fans that do not come into contact with water at all. You can make an airboat with your own hands.

The process of manufacturing an electric airboat using low-power engines
A vertical frame with two transverse profile tubes to accommodate 8 electric motors of type 775 needs to be welded to the sides of a regular boat.Its width is made such that the screws of the electric motors do not touch each other. The vertical frame is strengthened with jibs, since it will be subject to dynamic load.
Screw the motors onto the frame using brackets. Flanges and blades are installed on their shafts.
Then you need to weld the screen frame in the form of a circle from a thin rod to prevent access to the screws. Then a net is attached to it.
Power wires are soldered to the motors. They need to be combined into 2 bundles, separate from the left and right motors. Then the wires are connected in pairs to switches mounted on the seat of the boat. That is, each connected pair of engines can be started or turned off separately.
Thicker wires from the battery are laid to the switches themselves. The battery is securely attached to the floor of the boat in a convenient place.
Since with such equipment the boat turns out to be fast, maneuverability is important for it. To manufacture the control system, you need to weld a rudder blade from a pipe and a piece of sheet metal. To attach it to the boat, a sleeve made of a larger diameter tube is welded. The pen axis is inserted into it from below. To limit its progress, a ring should be welded onto it.
A large mounting angle is welded on top of the pen tube, which will serve as a control lever. Then rings are welded along the sides of the boat to lay the rods to the rudder, which will be placed in front.
To make a steering wheel, you need to drill a hole in the bench and insert a tube into it. A lever is welded to it from below to connect to the rods, and on top is a corner, which will serve as a tiller.
Next, the steering wheel is connected to the feather lever using cord rods. Now, when you turn the handle, the direction of movement of the boat will change.
A boat with such a power plant and convenient controls turns out to be very fast and maneuverable. At the same time, it is less noisy than with a gasoline engine and does not require maintenance at all, except for recharging the battery. You can regulate the speed on it by turning on or off some of the motors.
