Anyone who has ever grouted tile joints with a spatula remembers well how long it took. You have to carefully press the fugue, then wait until it dries, and then wash the seams several times so as not to leave streaks. By making such a syringe, you can greatly simplify the whole process.

Syringe manufacturing process
On an empty tube, you need to unscrew the spout and insert a thin pin into the neck to push the plastic piston out.
The piston is cleaned of silicone residues, then a hole is made in its center for the gun rod.
It is necessary to shorten the piston height by a third. Then you need to sand it on the outside so that it decreases in diameter and can easily slide into the tube. To do this, the side surfaces of the piston are sketched with a marker. This will allow you to determine when grinding places where the thickness has not yet been removed.
The piston is installed on the gun rod instead of its standard plate. You just need to place it with the skirt forward. Next, you need to insert the tube and run the plunger in it a couple of times to clean out any remaining silicone.
A window is cut into the side of the tube, closer to the bottom, for inserting the fugue. Now it is filled with a spatula through it. Then it can be squeezed out like a regular sealant.
With this syringe you can very quickly fill the seams between the tiles completely without any air gaps. Then the excess grout is removed with a plastic spatula, and when the solution has set, it is washed with a wet sponge. Light fugue stains on the tiles should be wiped off with a dry cloth when they become dry.
