Ingredients:
- Cream 33% fat – 500 g;
- condensed milk – 200 gr.;
- Blueberry – 1 cup;
- flat cookies with baked milk.
Ice cream making process
Before preparing ice cream, cream and condensed milk should be refrigerated for at least 3 hours. First you need to pour half a glass of blueberries into a plate and crush each berry with a fork.
The cream should be poured into a deep container and whipped with a mixer. First, low speeds are turned on, and then maximum speed for 3-4 minutes. It is required that they thicken and adhere well to the whisk.
Add half a can of condensed milk to the whipped cream, which is about 200 grams. You need to continue whisking them and pour the condensed milk in a thin stream.
Finally, add mashed blueberries and mix everything with a mixer for a couple of seconds.Then I pour out the whole berries, and the mixture is mixed with a spoon.
The finished mass is poured into molds.
It will be very tasty if you put cookies with baked milk on the bottom, and then press ice cream on top. You can also simply pour it into glasses. The ice cream is frozen in the freezer for about 5 hours, after which it is ready for tasting.
If you prepare it exactly following the recipe and using quality ingredients, you won't get an ounce of crunchy ice inside.
