Everyone loves to receive present, both small children and adults. Sometimes adults enjoy gifts even more than children, especially men.

Make your own chocolate at home. It is not only very tasty, but also very exciting and interesting... cooking at home what we usually buy in the store and which is usually always in short supply.

As ingredients we need to take:

5 tbsp. spoons of milk;
50 g butter;
6-8 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
5 tbsp. spoons of cocoa;
1 teaspoon flour;

ice molds or other molds into which we will pour hot chocolate.

Take a small saucepan, pour milk, cocoa, sugar into it, mix everything and put it on the fire. Next, bring to a boil and add 50 g of butter. Continuously and slowly stirring the mixture, gradually add flour and bring to a boil again. Once the flour is completely and evenly mixed, remove the pan from the stove.

As a filling, you can add nuts (chopped walnuts, peanuts or hazelnuts) and raisins to the chocolate. You can also fill our chocolate with wafer crumbs. If you make chocolate with “filling”, it is better to do it in layers at the stage of pouring into molds. Fill half the mold with chocolate, then add nuts or other filling, then fill the remaining half of the mold.
We must have molds ready.
We take out the chocolate molds and pour the contents of the pan into the molds, put them in the freezer. Within a few hours the chocolate will become hard and ready.

    The cocoa sold in our stores cannot make any chocolate. I heard that cocoa butter is sold in pharmacies, this will work. But one minus. Oil is expensive.

    Everything would be nice, but it sticks to the molds completely, there’s not even a hint that it will come off. Is there some secret? Tell me who knows.
