Most children, and adults too, love chocolate. Who doesn’t like to spread a piece of loaf with sweet paste for breakfast? Stores offer many options for this delicacy in different price categories. But it is much better, safer, and healthier to prepare the dessert yourself at home.
The following ingredients will be required:
- - 1 glass of milk (250 gr.),
- - 3 tbsp. l. cocoa powder, it is best to take a regular product for preparing the drink, the confectionery product is too bitter,
- - 100 gr. good butter with a fat content of at least 72.5%,
- - 3 tbsp. l. Sahara,
- - 3 tbsp. l. sifted flour,
- - 50 grams of chocolate, preference should be given to porous chocolate. It is best to choose milk tiles.
You will need a small saucepan or a regular liter ladle for boiling eggs. In any case, you should avoid enamel dishes; flour will stick to the bottom when heated.
Cooking sequence:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, flour and cocoa. Stir everything properly. So that there are no lumps left. Then beat the mixture with a mixer.
2. Place the dishes on low heat, otherwise the contents will turn into a lump due to flour.
3.The mixture must be stirred all the time with a whisk so that it does not stick to the bottom.
4. If the mixer wire reaches the stove, then you can periodically use it. This will additionally help avoid the formation of lumps.
5. As soon as the mass boils, it must be removed from the stove.
6. Cut the softened butter into small pieces and add to the hot paste. Mix everything properly. The oil will help give the consistency more shine and elasticity, making it easier to spread.
7. The chocolate slices need to be crushed into small pieces.
8. While the mixture has not cooled down, it should be poured into the prepared jar.
9. After pouring a few spoons of paste, you need to make a thin layer of chocolate chips and so on until the end.
10. Then put the jar of sweet delicacy in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so that the mass hardens a little and takes on its usual appearance. In this state it will be most convenient to spread it.
If you take a white porous tile, the layers will become more pronounced.
This pasta is not only suitable for breakfast. It can be used as cake cream.
Even if you use regular store-bought wafer cakes, the result will be excellent.
The dessert turns out very tasty, not inferior to store-bought, even superior. It will take no more than 15 minutes to prepare, plus freezing time in the refrigerator.
