4. Gradually pour the resulting puree into one container. After processing all the apricots, 5 liters of puree comes out.

6. After the puree boils, reduce the heat on the stove. Let the puree simmer for 15 minutes. During the cooking process, you should constantly remove the foam.
7. We begin to roll up the boiled puree. Pour apricot puree into prepared jars and roll up.
8. Turn the jar of puree over and put it on the lid. This is what we do with all banks.

9. Wrap the jars of puree in warm blankets and leave them like that for 3 days. The jars must cool completely.
10. Then we lower the finished puree into the cellar.

All preserves intended for children's consumption cannot be stored for more than a year. Therefore, each jar of preserved food should be labeled, indicating the year of closure. When canning, it is better not to add sugar. It can be added before use. Sugar can be easily replaced with honey. In this case, the puree will bring even more benefits to the child.
