Having decided to eat healthy, you find that you have to give up many of your favorite foods. These include such universal sausages. After all, a piece of boiled sausage was an excellent solution for a quick breakfast or snack during working hours.
That’s why a proven recipe for boiled chicken breast sausage will come in handy. Only natural and healthy ingredients – only benefits for the body!
To prepare you need:
- chicken breast;
- small onion;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- one egg;
- cream – 1/4 cup;
- cling film;
- spices as desired.

The skin is removed from the chicken breast, the fillet is removed and cut into small pieces.
Place chopped chicken breast, onion, garlic into a blender bowl, pour in cream, egg and add spices (salt, pepper, paprika, herbs). All ingredients are whipped until smooth.

Spoon the prepared sausage mince onto the edge of the cling film, fold it several times, and tie the edges with thread.

Cook the sausage over medium heat for half an hour.After cooking, remove the cling film, cool and cut.
