To prepare the barbecue sauce, we need:
- Tomato paste – 10 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
- Onion – 2 pcs.
- Garlic – 3 cloves.
- Ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp.
- A small bunch of parsley.
- Basil – 1 tsp.
- Boiled water – 150 ml.
