Those who are ready to eat eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner most likely know about the existence of unusual dishes from such a familiar food product. How to prepare one of them will be described below. The special thing about this recipe is that it can be prepared with children. It’s so interesting: how the physical properties of an egg change after it’s been in the freezer!

The result is a beautiful fried egg made from frozen eggs. The yolk, to the delight of the children's audience, remains spherical. It tastes like a thick cream that you can eat with a spoon. The protein does not lose its properties; it whips into a strong foam. It is fried in a frying pan, and a yellow “chicken” is placed in the resulting “cloud”. To prepare, you need to take a regular chicken egg. The best is rustic with a bright yolk.

Preparation:

Freeze the egg for several hours. It is necessary that it freezes completely, and not just the top part.

Leave the frozen egg at room temperature for 2-3 minutes. After this, it will easily peel off the shell.

The peeled egg should be placed on a plate. After 15-20 minutes it will be completely defrosted, while the yolk will remain round.

Now you need to carefully separate the white from the yolk. Beat the whites to soft peaks.

Place the beaten egg whites using a teaspoon onto a heated frying pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes until done, cool slightly.

Place the white on a plate and place the yolk on top. Add salt and you can serve!
