Cooking oatmeal muffins in the microwave
We prepare all the products according to the list at once. Knead the oatmeal into fine crumbs. We take natural yogurt, without additives. It can be replaced with non-acidic kefir or thick, non-peroxided yogurt (without whey). Orange chips, if desired, can be replaced with nuts or raisins. If you don't like cinnamon, you can also replace it with vanilla.
We beat a raw egg into the bowl in which we plan to knead the cake dough.
Add the remaining ingredients according to the recipe to the egg.
Beat all the dough ingredients with a mixer. If you don’t have a mixer, then just mix very thoroughly. Let the dough sit for a couple of minutes.
As a cake pan, take a 300 ml ceramic mug. Grease the inside of the mug with odorless vegetable oil. Place the dough into a mug. Place the mug with the dough in the microwave without covering. Bake the cake in a mug in the microwave for 4 minutes at 600 W.
We check the readiness of the cake (as usual) with a wooden skewer.
Turn the mug over. Covering the edges of the mug with your palm, carefully pour the cake out of the mug into your palm. Place the cake in a plate. If it is difficult to remove the cake from the mug, then carefully run a knife with a thin blade near the walls of the mug.
Sprinkle powdered sugar or sweet syrup on top of the cake.
As you can see, this recipe made a chocolate cake in the microwave very quickly. While the tea was cooling, a wonderful dessert arrived.
