Required ingredients:


  • boneless pork (rump, apple) – 1 kg;
  • orange – 3 pcs.;
  • prefabricated spices for pork or shish kebab - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • mustard – 2 tsp;
  • mayonnaise – 50 ml;
  • flour – 2 tsp;
  • salt – 1 tsp. without slide;
  • garlic – 4 cloves.

Marinating time - 3 hours, baking - 40 minutes.

Preparation


Prepare the pork meat by cutting off the hymen. Wash, dry and rub with salt.

Generously rub the meat with spices, transfer to a container and leave, covered, for 1 hour.

After an hour, brush the pork with mustard and grated garlic. Continue marinating in a closed container for another 2 hours.

Place the marinated pork on foil and spread mayonnaise on top. We pack it and send it to the oven, preheated to 180. Cook for 40 minutes.

Add spices, a little salt, ground pepper. Let's heat it up by setting the burner to low.
