What could be unusual about sausages in dough? And at least the way this sausage is wrapped in dough. The simplest technology is to simply put the sausage on a rolled out piece of dough and wrap it in a tube, but what if you try to get creative?

Braids

Ingredients:
- sausages;
- puff pastry dough;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation.
Cut the dough into two parts. Take one part and roll out a layer about 2 millimeters thick. Divide the layer into squares measuring 20 by 20 (if the sausages are large, then you need to make larger squares).

Place the sausage in the center of the square and pinch all the edges.

Using a sharp knife, cut the sausage into 6-7 equal pieces along with the dough, but leave the free edge untouched.

Now turn each piece of sausage upside down - one to the right, the other to the left, and so on until the end. It turned out to be a pigtail.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the “braids” and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

The sausages turn out unusual and will definitely please your loved ones.

Enjoy your tea!
