A super powerful power bank with which you can power absolutely any household appliance for a long time. Making a super power bank
The entire battery will be formed from 18 groups connected in parallel to each other. Each group contains 7 batteries connected in series.
We assemble the grille from plastic holders. It is advisable to use two-color ones to make it easier to connect the poles.
We install batteries in cells.
We install a second grid of holders on top. Let's fool quickly.
In general, batteries of this type are connected using resistance welding, but if this is not available, everything can be soldered, but only very quickly, without overheating.
We make connecting jumpers from thick copper wire and connect the groups.
The total voltage is about 28 Volts.
We glue the balanced charge controller to the side with double-sided tape and solder the contacts to the groups.
Solder the power wires to the battery output.
As a result, the block diagram looks like this:
We assemble the body from multi-layer plywood and connect it with self-tapping screws.
We install the battery in a wooden case.
We make cuts for the wires. We screw on the top cover, which is made of plexiglass for clarity.
You can connect an inverter that will convert DC voltage to 220 V AC.
We charge our power bank before use.
We turn it on and use it wherever we want.
The maximum power is 4000 W. Which is enough to power almost any powerful household appliance: stove, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
We connect the TV and game console at the same time.
Now you can sit down in any field, brew coffee, warm up a bun in the microwave, and calmly play a video game in nature.
Based on the battery capacity (63 A/h, 24 V), this super power bank is enough:
- To make 80 cups of coffee.
- For 3 hours of continuous microwave operation.
- For 4 hours of continuous operation of a large TV with set-top box.
