Making a super power bank


The entire battery will be formed from 18 groups connected in parallel to each other. Each group contains 7 batteries connected in series.
We assemble the grille from plastic holders. It is advisable to use two-color ones to make it easier to connect the poles.

In general, batteries of this type are connected using resistance welding, but if this is not available, everything can be soldered, but only very quickly, without overheating.
We make connecting jumpers from thick copper wire and connect the groups.

The total voltage is about 28 Volts.
We glue the balanced charge controller to the side with double-sided tape and solder the contacts to the groups.

Then, if you still drag it on a hike, then who, on their back, will carry a TV, set-top box, microwave, coffee maker? All this is only suitable for road trips. But if you have a car, you don’t need to take such a power bank with you.

      Firstly, batteries are not 200 rubles, but for 130 rubles you can easily find them! Charging fee - 600 rubles total = 18500!!!
      Secondly, you won’t find a serial power bank for 19,000, so stop chasing!
      And thirdly: this is a site for homemade products and not for shopping.

        The cost is even lower than 19,000. And again, everything is included at once, with a guarantee. Without instructions for assembling 128 elements, there is a 100% chance that you will mess up somewhere during assembly and burn several, if not all, elements with a soldering iron. Resistance welding was not invented for fools.

        And you haven’t answered the main question: why is this needed? where will you use it? The author of the topic was embarrassed to take a photo of the car in the background, in which he took it all out into the field.

        Any homemade product that claims to be useful. The first question should be: WHY IS THIS NEEDED and IS IT EXACTLY SO NEEDED.
