Ingredients:

- - ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon.

Cooking chicken in a jar
We cut the chicken into pieces large enough to fit into the jar. Salt and pepper. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Place in layers in a jar. It is necessary to lay out not under the neck of the jar, but with a reserve of a quarter of the jar, that is, a quarter of the jar should remain empty. Cover the top of the jar with foil.
Place in a cold oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees for an hour and a half. Turn off the oven and let the jar cool right there. That's all.
Remarkably tasty both hot and cold.
A note on chicken selection. This dish will not work if you take only white chicken meat - breasts.But it can be perfectly prepared from the fattier parts of the chicken, such as chicken legs. Ideally, this is a cut up whole chicken. There is no need to remove skin or cut out bones.
Despite the simplicity of preparation, the result is said to exceed expectations.
