Each of us has probably tried jelly candies from the supermarket at least once in our lives. They come in different flavors - fruit, berry and even Coca-Cola flavor. Today I want to suggest making jelly bears with the taste of this amazing drink.
For shaping, I use an Ali Express mold measuring 14 by 20 with small cells. Each cell measures 18mm by 10mm, so very few ingredients are used. Adjust the amount of ingredients according to the size of your pan.
Ingredients
To prepare bears 9 (1 tablet) you need:
- - 100 ml Coca-Cola;
- - 1 tsp. granulated sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of gelatin.
Cooking bears
1. Soak the gelatin in a separate bowl with the same Coca-Cola.
2. Add granulated sugar to the rest of the Coca-Cola and heat it over low heat, and add the swollen gelatin to it. My gelatin is instant, so it will dissolve quickly in warm liquid.
3. For ease of filling the molds, you can use pipettes or a disposable syringe. Fill the cells in the molds with the jelly solution.Before filling, be sure to place the mold on a board or some hard surface.
4. Place the mold with candies in the freezer. This is necessary in order to easily remove the finished candies from the mold.
The sweets will be ready in 1-2 hours. Remove the mold from the freezer and place the jellies on a plate.
