Wood stove manufacturing process
The stove body will be double-walled. To make it, you need to select a 3.6 liter paint can with a bucket handle, as well as a 0.9 liter solvent can. As a combustion chamber for the stove, you can use an ordinary canned food can, such as is used for canning corn, peas, stewed meat, etc. You need to cut a side hole in a large jar to the size of the circumference of the canned food jar.
It is done slightly above the bottom.
Then the same hole is cut in a 0.9 liter jar.It is important that the holes line up when placing a medium jar in a large one.
Canned food and solvent cans are covered with lids. To remove them, you need to grind off the rolled metal at the end. The bottom of a small jar also grinds off. It should make a pipe.
Then you need to clean the large jar of any stuck-on dried paint. To do this, it is burned with a torch and processed with a metal brush. After this, all cans are painted with heat-resistant spray paint.
After the paint has dried, the stove is assembled. A medium one is installed in a large jar, after which their holes are aligned in one line and a small jar is inserted into them. The cavity between the walls of the stove is filled with sand, but not completely.
The sand is compacted and 3 knitting needles are inserted into it, on which pots, pots and pans will later be placed. From above everything is refined with gravel.
The final touch will be making the grate bars. To do this, you need to cut knitting needles or wire, and lay the pieces across the walls of a smaller jar. They are installed in a spacer, due to which they hold on.
To ignite the stove, thin branches or wood chips are prepared. Firewood is stacked on grates. Next, the paper is set on fire and placed under them. This way the stove ignites very quickly. Then the dishes are placed on it and cooking begins. As the fire burns down, more wood is added. They need to be prepared in advance.
