If you forget to close the window or door at night, you may find that by morning the whole house is infested with mosquitoes. During the day they hide in various crevices, and by night they fly out and terrorize all household members. To quickly get rid of them, you can place a homemade trap in each room, which will allow you to catch all the mosquitoes and finally start sleeping without night bites.
What you will need:

The process of making a mosquito trap
To make a trap you need to take a 1.5-2 liter plastic bottle. You need to cut off the neck from it. The cut is made as evenly as possible along the line where the neckline transitions to the straight walls. The prepared halves are set aside for now.
Then you need to prepare a solution to attract mosquitoes. To do this, you need to heat 200 ml of water to a temperature of +35...+40 degrees Celsius. It is poured into a cut bottle, and 2 tbsp is dissolved in it. spoons of sugar.
After this, a teaspoon of dry baker's yeast is poured on top.
They don't stir.You just need to pour them on top, the yeast will soften on its own and sink into the water. It is important that when adding yeast, the water temperature is within the specified degrees. This will allow them to activate and begin processing sugar.
Then an inverted neck, positioned like a funnel, is inserted into the cut bottle. It should not reach the water with yeast.
Next you need to darken the bottle. To do this, newspaper or other thick paper is wrapped around it. It can be secured with tape, tied with thread, or simply pressed with a paper clip.
The trap is then placed in the house out of the way. It is optimal to make one such trap in each room. The yeast present in it, when eating sugar, releases carbon dioxide, the same that people and animals exhale. Mosquitoes use it to find their victims. As a result, they fly into the trap and, due to its shape, cannot get back out, after which they get tired and fall into the liquid.
This trap is completely safe for humans and animals, as it is filled with ordinary yeast and sugar. The validity period of one refill is approximately 2 weeks. This is how long yeast can live in sweet water and release carbon dioxide. In hot weather, they work faster, so refilling the traps is required more often, and the liquid from it actively evaporates, which also reduces the service life.
