  • ball valve 1/4 inch;
  • 1/4" barrel;
  • fumlenta;
  • 1/4" adapter to existing copper pipe;
  • flared copper tube with a union nut.

Nozzle manufacturing process


To make a nozzle, you need to screw a barrel onto the faucet using fumlenta on one side and an adapter on the other. A short flared copper tube is screwed to the adapter. Its free end is pinched.

The nozzle is installed on the sink. For it to work, you need to open the tap. If the spray pattern is weak, you can squeeze the end of the tube more tightly or, on the contrary, expand it.

To get an adjustable short nozzle, you can slightly improve the existing design.

In particular, instead of clamping, install another union nut on the tube and flare the edge. Then the barrel and nozzle are screwed to it.In this design, you can change the tightening of the nozzle and thereby adjust the spray pattern.
