Treat your guests to a refreshing cocktail in watermelon rind. It will arouse everyone's keen interest thanks to its unusual presentation, and of course it will not let you lose face with its fresh taste.

- juice;
- citrus;
- ice cubes;
- alcohol if desired.
The process of preparing and decorating a cocktail
The watermelon needs to be washed and cooled in the refrigerator.
Then the top cap with the tail is cut off.
The knife should be held at an angle, not parallel. The opened pulp must be selected. It is convenient to do this with a spoon. Since all the pulp is not needed for the cocktail, it is advisable to carefully remove some of it with a pineapple knife and cut into slices to serve.
The pulp on the walls is scraped out from the inside and crushed with a blender along with the seeds.
After this, a hole is drilled in the bottom of the peel, and a stainless steel food faucet is installed through it.
When placing it on a table or tray, for stability you need to place a twisted ring of a small towel.
The juice is filtered into a watermelon barrel through a sieve.
Next, add cold fruit juices to suit your taste.
Pineapple, apple, and pomegranate will go well with watermelon. Slices of lemon and orange are poured on top.
You can add a little rum, tequila or other alcohol to the watermelon, but this is not necessary. Just before serving, add ice cubes.
The watermelon barrel is closed with a cut cap.
