How to make a twist waterproof

Regular electrical tape and heat-shrink tubing do not guarantee that the twisted wires will be completely airtight. If wiring is installed in a wet area, the connection must be made watertight to avoid short circuits.

What you will need:

It would be a good idea to solder this twist before gluing it. There are no problems with this, since the hairdryer and heat gun work, which means there is an outlet nearby. If the twist weakens for any reason, then due to the increased resistance it may begin to heat up, melting the hot-melt adhesive, or causing a fire.
