This is a special baking paper with the addition of silicone. Such paper does not need to be lubricated with anything; nothing will stick to it. You can buy such paper in any mass market. If there is no such paper, then the baking sheet must be greased with any kind of oil.

It's time to start making cookies.
Pour brine and vegetable oil into any container, add soda and sugar. Mix everything with a mixer.

Then gradually add flour in portions, while simultaneously mixing all the ingredients with a mixer.

Knead the dough until it becomes sticky.

Remove the mixer, add the remaining flour to the container, and manually knead the dough until it forms a single lump.

The whole process takes literally a few minutes.
Then transfer the dough to a table sprinkled with flour.

Roll out a layer 0.7-1 cm thick. You can roll out all the dough at once, or you can separate half of it first. Whichever is convenient for you.
