- garlic – 6 cloves;
- iodine – 3 bottles;

The process of preparing the tincture
It is necessary to peel the garlic and crush it with a press. The resulting pulp is placed in a small glass bottle and filled with iodine. You want it to completely cover the garlic. Then the bottle is closed, shaken and infused in the refrigerator.
