Device assembly algorithm
Lightly heat the mirror body with a hairdryer and use a wooden or plastic spatula to remove the canvas.
Let's outline the LED assembly with a marker on the back of the mirror.
Using a solvent (gasoline or acetone) remove the protective layer. Apply the solvent in small portions on a cotton swab to create a clean area with smooth edges.
We secure the LED assembly with thick electrical tape with the emitters facing inward.
Let's drill a small hole in the corner of the mirror housing so that the wire from the turn signal repeater can be routed through it.
We insert the mirror sheet back into the body, after heating it with a hairdryer.
We will lay the wire of the LED assembly along the rear view mirror mounting rod, securing it along the entire length with a heat-shrinkable tube of the appropriate diameter.
It is better to choose a plain tube without extraneous inscriptions. This way the structure will look whiter and aesthetically pleasing.
Let's install the mirror on the bike by threading the wires inside through the existing holes.
