When assembling structures from profile pipes, it is most convenient to use welding, but not everyone has it. In its absence, you can use various techniques to bend pipes and twist them with self-tapping screws. Such methods provide an equally accurate and strong connection.

The process of connecting pipes into 3 right angles
The essence of the connection is that one square pipe is bent, creating a right angle, and the same second tube is screwed to it at 90 degrees. The whole problem is in performing the correct trimming of the first workpiece. To do this, you need to determine the location of the bend. A transverse line is drawn along it using a square. It is also necessary to draw parallel to the sides of it, indented by the width of the pipe. The same 3 lines are drawn on two adjacent sides of the workpiece.
Using a grinder, you need to cut out one square of markings on the first front side, as well as 2 on the sides. For this, it is best to use a worn cutting disc of small diameter, so the cut will not go beyond the boundaries of the marking.
It is necessary to grind the cuts with a grinding wheel, removing uncut remains of the walls from the distant sides. The remaining tongue of metal must be bent outward by 90 degrees.
On the remaining uncut side of the pipe, it is necessary to make notches on both sides exactly in the center. This is necessary to bend it inward at a right angle.
Now the end of the second tube is inserted into the square formed by bending.
All that remains is to secure the connection with self-tapping screws. Before screwing them in, it is important to check the right angles of the angles.
The result is a strong connection, and at the same time quite neat.
