Someone will say: “Cut off the clamp and tighten a new one, the price is 0.3 kopecks...” But in life, anything can happen and a new tie may simply not be at hand, etc.

To unfasten a fastened nylon tie or collar, you will need to make a simple device.

How to easily unfasten a nylon zip tie

We take any size battery. Using wire cutters, remove the thin tin casing from it.

We bend the metal and draw a device in the form of a circle with a tongue.

Cut with wire cutters or regular scissors.

We sharpen the tongue a little, cutting off sharp corners.

The device is ready! If the nylon tie dangles easily, then you can crawl up from the side of the clamp, insert the thin tongue of the device and simply unfasten this tie.

It can then be reused.

How to remove a tightly fastened collar

If the clamp is tightened tightly, you need to use a thin screwdriver by inserting it into the latch of the tie and bending it.

Next, insert the tongue of the device.

And just unfasten the zip tie.

This device can be made with several widths of tongues for different ties.
