To make precise cutting of lumber, it is most convenient to use a circular table. It is not necessary to buy such a machine. If you have a grinder, then it can be made from it, and without spoiling the angle grinder itself.
Materials:
- Profile pipe 20x20 and 25x25 mm;

- furniture board or plywood 20 mm;

Manufacturing process of a circular saw
2 U-shaped blanks of a machine table with legs of a convenient size are welded from a profile pipe.
They are welded together by two jumpers.
To make a mechanism for adjusting the extension of the saw blade, a T-shaped blank is welded from a larger diameter pipe. The length should be 1 cm shorter than the distance between the pipes of the base of the table top.
A door hinge is welded to it.
The resulting part is welded through a loop to the table frame.
Then, 2 eyes are made from thin sections of the corner, which are screwed to the grinder through its standard holes for the removable handle.
The lugs are welded to the rod of the adjustment mechanism on the hinge.You need to make sure that the angle grinder gearbox does not protrude above the frame. If this happens, then the eyes should be welded downward.
At the bottom of the table, jumpers are welded between the legs. They are then connected to each other by a tube running in the center directly below the adjustment rod on the hinge.
Next you need to modify the diamond-shaped jack. A wheel with a handle is welded onto its adjustment screw. A sleeve is welded into its supporting platform, the length of which corresponds in width to the profile pipe of the frame. 2 strip lugs are screwed to the bushing.
You need to drill the edge of the rod with a grinder, and screw the jack to it using the eyes. It is then welded to the lintel at the bottom.
A saw blade is installed on the grinder.
A tabletop made of board or plywood is attached to the table. Then the grinder starts and is lifted with a jack. The disc will make its own cut.
Along the edges of the tabletop, grooves transverse to the direction of the saw blade are milled.
With their help, a pipe is screwed to the machine with wing bolts, which will serve as a parallel stop when cutting.
As a result, we get a full-fledged circular machine.
