To remove the silicone sealant, you need to preheat it with a hairdryer.
First, the entire surface is heated, and then a spatula is placed on the edge of the sealant. From now on, you only need to heat in front of the spatula.
It is necessary to press the spatula to the surface in front of the silicone, and moving the blade forward to remove the hot silicone. It will come off with virtually no residue.
Small stains of sealant can be removed using a scraper with a razor blade held in it.
It can be a tool of a different design, the main thing is that it is sharp. While the silicone is still hot, the scraper blade will smooth out the remaining layer.
