I offer a modest gift option for a guy that any girl can make without much skill or effort - a heart keychain. I made it from leatherette I had in the house.
So, for a creative impulse you need several items: leatherette, threads to match the base material, padding polyester, scissors, a heart-shaped cardboard template, 3 buttons (for the eyes and mouth).

Let's get down to business:
Using a template, we draw heart shapes on leatherette and synthetic padding.
Carefully cut out the shapes.A heart made of padding polyester should be slightly smaller than one made of leatherette. We also cut out a strip - this will be a loop for the ring to the keychain.

We immediately sew on the buttons, giving our heart a face (eyes and mouth).
Then we put a padding polyester on the faceless heart, and a second heart with a face on top.
We stitch with a needle and thread, connecting the edges with these beautiful loops.

We put it inside in passing crafts fold a strip of leatherette in half, make a loop out of it, and sew it on.
