The quality of modern food products from the store leaves much to be desired. Therefore, homemade food made from natural ingredients has become very popular in recent years. Cheese is one of them. Delicious milk with a delicate taste can be prepared yourself from just 3 ingredients that can be found in any home.
Ingredients:
- 2 liters of milk with 3% fat content;
- 1 tbsp. salt;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 200 ml. natural yogurt or sour cream;
- Sieve.
Making cream cheese at home
Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil on the stove. Add salt and stir.
In a bowl, beat three eggs with a whisk, add sour cream and combine the ingredients until smooth.
While stirring the boiling milk with a wooden spoon, pour the egg-sour cream mixture into the pan in a thin stream.
Cook for another 10 minutes until the whey begins to separate. It can later be used in baking.
Place the curd whey on cheesecloth to drain excess moisture.
Place a jar of ab water on top. After 6-12 hours, the delicious cheese is ready.
This natural product goes well with morning coffee or toast with vegetables.
