The process of making a 2 in 1 wood stove from a household gas cylinder
Having opened the valve of the gas cylinder, we turn it out with an adjustable wrench. Fill the bottle with water and rinse. Apply paint remover to the surface of the container with a brush and remove with a stiff brush.
We cut off the collar from the upper bottom of the cylinder with a grinder. Place a round pipe on the center of the lower and upper bottoms, circle it and cut out circles.
We apply a sheet of paper of the required width to the side of the cylinder from the center to the hole in the upper bottom, circle it and cut out the marked fragment.
On a square sheet of metal of given dimensions, we draw 3 parallel lines with equal spacing and make shallow cuts along them. We bend the sheet along the slots into a closed square channel and weld the joint.
We set aside 12 cm from the edge of the channel and draw falling diagonals on two opposite sides. We install a round pipe vertically on the adjacent side so that its diagonal coincides with the ends of the diagonals on the channel. We outline a semicircle by tracing the outer side of the round pipe.
To the opposite side of the channel we apply a round pipe diagonally to the edge of the side and draw a semicircle. We cut out the resulting outline with a grinder.
We enlarge the slot on the side surface of the cylinder towards the bottom bottom. We clean the ends of a round pipe 45 cm long and 14 cm in diameter. We insert the pipe through the side slot in the cylinder into the hole in the lower bottom.
We place the channel on the round pipe with cutouts, resting it on the lower side of the cylinder cutout, and fixing the lines of contact with the channel on the pipe. We connect the ends of the drawn lines on the pipe with straight lines and cut out the resulting contour.
We place the channel with the cutouts on the cutout of the round pipe and weld it in a circle along the contact lines. We make two holes vertically in the side wall of the cylinder, into which we weld pipes with external threads.
We install the resulting unit in place in the cylinder and weld it. We also scald the contact lines between the pipe and the cylinder. We put the previously cut fragment in the wall of the cylinder in place and weld it.
We insert pieces of reinforcement into the round pipe at the level of the upper bottom and weld it.
We place the inverted collar on the upper bottom and brew it. We place the collar legs on a spherical ring and also weld them.
Closer to the end of the profile rectangular pipe along the cutout, bend it at a right angle with welding.
In the upper part of the support shoe we make a cutout for a profile rectangular pipe, which we insert with the short side from the outside and weld. We weld the slots in the support shoe with plates.
We attach a hinged door on a universal hinge to the firebox entrance.
We cut out a ring of the given dimensions from a metal sheet. We put it on the support shoe and weld it. We paint the oven with heat-resistant paint.
Next to the stove we install a metal tank on a stand with two outlets and a tap at the bottom. We connect the corresponding outlets of the furnace and tank with heat-resistant flexible hoses.
Fill the tank and annular space in the oven with water. We light wood in the firebox and the stove is ready for cooking, heating water and heating the room.
